Order Fulfillment

Order fulfillment typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options

United States (Domestic)

Carrier: USPS

Delivery Time: 1-4 business days after shipment

Standard shipping is included with all subscription orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are accepted.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically every 30 days based on your personalized protocol. You can adjust shipment timing in your account dashboard or contact support to delay delivery.

Premium members receive travel-aware shipment scheduling. If you've logged upcoming travel, shipments automatically adjust to avoid delivery during your absence.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all subscription orders

One-Time Orders: $5.95 flat rate for orders under $75. Free shipping on orders $75 and above.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Express (2-3 business days) and Priority (1-2 business days) options available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through USPS or view the status directly in your Vibe Human account dashboard.

If your tracking information hasn't updated in 48 hours or you have concerns about your delivery, please contact support@vibehuman.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost.

For subscription orders, if a package is lost or stolen, we'll automatically ship a replacement and work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We're working to expand our shipping capabilities and will notify subscribers when international delivery becomes available.
